Using BigPicture
You may use our services only as permitted by these terms and any applicable laws. BigPicture is a personal productivity service that allows you to:
- Create and manage notes, todos, habits, and related content
- Track mood, nutrition, and other health-related data you enter
- Optionally sync wearable metrics from Health Connect on Android
- Collaborate in shared spaces (optional)
- View AI-generated insights and briefs about your activity
- Access your account from web and mobile devices
Your Content
You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights to your content. When you create content in BigPicture, you grant us a license to store and process that content for the purpose of providing our services, including generating insights and enabling collaboration features when enabled.
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Managing your space sharing settings appropriately
Health and Wearable Data
Optional Health Connect sync on Android is provided for personal wellness tracking only. By enabling it, you confirm that:
- You are responsible for granting and revoking permissions in Health Connect and for choosing which data sources to sync in BigPicture.
- You will only sync health data you are authorized to use (typically your own).
- BigPicture does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and synced metrics may be incomplete or inaccurate.
- You should not rely on BigPicture for medical decisions; consult a qualified health professional when needed.
- We may change, suspend, or remove health sync features as the product evolves.
Accuracy of wearable and Health Connect data depends on your devices, apps, and phone settings. We do not guarantee continuous background sync in the current release.
Service Limitations
We strive to provide a high-quality service, but you acknowledge that:
- The service may experience occasional downtime
- Features may change over time
- We may impose usage limits to ensure service stability
- Shared space features may have member or usage limits
- AI-generated insights and summaries are algorithmic and may not always match your interpretation
- Wearable sync requires compatible devices, apps, and permissions and may not capture all metrics
Space and Collaboration
When using shared spaces:
- Space owners are responsible for managing member access
- Shared content must respect all members' rights
- You control which content is shared within a space
- Members must maintain confidentiality of shared content
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Share content that violates any laws or rights
- Attempt to breach or circumvent service security
- Interfere with the proper working of the service
- Share space access with unauthorized users
- Sync or upload health data you are not authorized to use
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to BigPicture if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time, and you can export your data where the product provides export options before doing so.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that health or wearable data will be complete, accurate, or suitable for medical use.

We may modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes by posting an update on this page.
